My Sexy Saturday

This week's theme is about the good ole boys doing what they do best.
Shadowed Passage
As a young boy, Dylan was forced to make an impossible choice, kill his father or baby sister.
One would die, the other - survive. Two decades later, he's developed his psychic talents, trained with the military, and learned the skills necessary to locate the family he'd abandoned as a child. On discharge, he's asked by his CO for help in one last mission, off the books.
Tori, a young woman weeks away from graduating with her psych doctorate, is torn from her stable life and thrust into a world of espionage, warriors, and unexplainable phenomenon.

Shadowed Passage
Opening the door, he let his jaw drop...”Mmm, like the knockers?”
She was six-foot-tall with an ash blond braid nestled between her breasts, hanging to her waist. Wide-set green eyes narrowed in fury...Too late, his brain registered the blurry movement of her incoming fist.
“Ahhh...” Pain exploded in his face. “Just what I need, a bloody nose. What the hell?” He’d never been decked by a female. He was so stunned by her initial appearance, the threat didn’t register until he felt the pain. The handkerchief snatched from his pocket was soon stained with blood. “No, you don’t understand. Look at the door again...”
“I’m awake and I speak English...I do understand.” The young woman shook her hand as if in pain.
“Well, glad we cleared that up. Did it occur to you I was referring to the door knockers?” Polished steel hands protruded from the door, steel fingers clenched in a fist. He gestured to the door while proclaiming his innocence.
“Just want to make sure we understand each other right from the start.” A smirk punctuated her statement. “I do hate misinterpretations. Looks like we’re going to have a lot of fun.” She didn’t look the least repentant as she walked through the doorway.
Recovering his tongue, he added, “I couldn’t agree more.” His grin widened as she sauntered by. The scent of honeysuckle and jasmine dulled his pain. Their gazes met again when she glared at him over her shoulder with brow furrowed, lips pursed, as if trying to solve a puzzle.
“What? I’ve never seen anything like them before either.” With tongue in cheek, he tried to hide his mirth. “But...you didn’t have to sock me.”
“Yeah, I know. But it was so much fun. You got anything to eat around here?” The growling of her stomach narrowed everyone’s focus.
